Underworld is a sound healing meditation that was spiritually guided to help people go into a deep trance into what may feel like the underworld-unconscious-shadow work-inner child healing experience in order to have a cathartic and transformational rebirth. Shifting from a place of darkness, pain, suffering, grief and loss into the light, grace, inner peace, and unconditional love for oneself and others.

This was recorded on September 11, 2018, after months of seeing the numbers 911 on a daily basis. It wasn't until this year of 2020 that it felt the right time to release this sonic meditation as there is so much happening with COVID-19, racial tensions, a revolutionary movement for justice and peace, fires, and more...I hope these healing sounds will provide you the space for inner strength, inner peace, transformation, and a state of happiness.

HOW TO PREPARE BEFORE LISTENING
🎧Listen with earphones for the optimum sound experience.
🕯Create a sacred space and/or altar that includes a candle, incense, crystals, water, smudging tools, divination tools, notebook/pen, flowers, pictures, or any special pieces for you or your loved ones to create positively charged energy and protection.
🌟Set your intentions to receive clarity, messages during your sonic journey, and vibes that are for your highest and greatest good.
🌈Relax and enjoy, allow yourself to go into a gentle meditative state.
🛌🏽Close your eyes. Lie down or sit in a comfortable position
👁 Listen whenever you need it. Use it as part of your spiritual and energetic cleansing ritual.
✌🏽 Allow whatever feelings, emotions, thoughts, images, messages, or senses to come through...as it might be part of your healing process.
